Look at Me Please Because I sit all day in a case
No one stops to notice me
They all rush by, like there in a race
Because I sit all day in a case
Look at me please, slow your pace
I give you pride, why don’t you see
Because I sit all day in a case
No one stops to notice me What I See, Which You Do Not I sit in a case for all to admire
Shiny and tall,
Proud and strong.
They have won me,
From years past,
Now I sit, and let the memories last
And the floor,
O just look at you.
You support me,
You keep me tall,
As I show off my glory to all
But I pity you, unfortunately that’s true
For you, even at the surface, has beauty.
Your tiles a line,
Perfectly
In squares placed with thought
Yet people walk on you, without any thought
I pity you, I truly do
You dirty quickly, and scuff so easy,
You not even thought about in the every day rush
But I admire you floor, with all your grace,
Yes I truly do.
And trophy case, look at you
Thinking you better than I?
Full of shine and glory, yes
But you tell a great story.
You’ve brought triumph
And you’ve brought cheer,
But in these halls I tell you dear
You are not all so glorious to me,
For you don’t know what you don’t see
For I see all
Tall and small,
Even though they care not at all.
I see that nerd, rushing to class,
To be first, never last
I see the troubled ones too,
Who hate school,
But have nothing better to do
I even see the lovers, who never separate,
Who public show affection, and publicly celebrate
I see it all, all I see
And you just a case, with something shiny
You show pride, for this school
But you are truly the one to be fooled
For I am support to all,
Every step of the way
And you sit, in remembrance of the past,
Always,

Day
Bright, lively
Working, playing, talking
Sun, games, moon, bed
Resting, sleeping, snoring
Dark, sleepy
Night Leaves of Life
The tree is a mother,
The leaves her children.
When they are first born
They are small, green, and fresh.
They learn the ways of Mother Nature.
When it rains,
They stretch out,
Opening up to catch the falling drops.
The sun helps them grow to become strong.
Soon, they are big and vibrant.
As the seasons change, it is time for the leaves to fully evolve.
They change colors from green,
To bright reds,
Warm oranges,
And soothing yellows.
As they all fall to the ground,
The mother has one last chance to see her children,
Before her.
Grown-up and beautiful,
They have come full circle,
As they lay on the ground now.
They are gathered by the people below,
Mother says her last good-byes,
Then her children are gone
But they will return, one day.
As tall, strong, and as beautiful trees, mother,
Just as she was to them. D.a.w.i.m River (Don't Ask What's In Me)
As wide as a man,
With a stench you cannot stand.
As long as the nile,
But a wiff will wipe your smile.
As deep as man six foot two,
But is hot and bubbly like hot stew.
For this is the Dawim River,
Known for making people quiver.
It's thick like soup,
Yet smeels of poop.
Bottles and beer'
And a human ear.
The foot of a dog,
Several dead logs.
An occational gold tooth,
And old film from a booth.
Garbage from years past,
A trip to this river would be a first and last.
So take this as a warning, for those who care,
Avoid the Dawim River, enter only if you dare
I'm a fan I'm the fan,
The one, the man,
The one who cheers the team to victory fan,
The even if we lose I wear our jersey fan,
The must have at every home game fan,
The big screen plasma buyer for the games fan,
For not many fans can like my kind of fan,
For this kind of fan is a Boston Red Sox fan,
The best in the land

Who I Am To You
Who I am to you, Is not the same as who I want to be. You are my best friend, But I wish you had love for me. For I love you and I cant hide that, Please don’t think I’m crazy. For I see you with him everyday, The same who before has given you tears. You tell you love him so much, always, Yet everyday I pray, the end of your pain is near. But I see the way he treats you, And when you talk to him in your eyes there is pain. I know deep down you don’t have love for him, And you keep remembering the tears that fell off your face like rain. I am your best friend, I’ve never left your side. Through the joy, pain, and anger, I gave you my shoulder when you cried. So I simply ask why Why won’t you admit your love, For this man you know is gone. You won’t admit you need to start new, Like morning starting fresh at dawn. I just wish you could see, I am always here for you. That I can be that man with love, And my love for you would be from my heart and true. I am here for you when he leaves you, I am here when you are sad. I am the one to wipe your tears, Through all your emotions of sadness and being mad. So hear me out because I care, Of what I want you to know about me. These simple things that I secretly show, I’ll let them out so you can see. No matter where we are in life, I’ll be by your side, As a friend or someone to love, And still that shoulder when you use to cry. Because that’s who I am, Your best man, The one who will always love you, That’s just who I am.
"I always fail to hate you because I love you."
