Project Proposal with Rubric out of 100 points: Proposals! People enjoy jokes! Including myself. So I am taking it upon myself to write some stand-up comedy. I have no idea how to, I'm just picking out things from everyday life that I find funny. Hurrah. You may or may not enjoy it.
