theres a guy name anthony and a girl named tara.
they got married with 2 kids who he took care of.
anthony and tara bought a huge house in the mountains.
10 bedrooms, jacuzi, brand new suzuki and gold foutains.
he was a lawyer and his wife tara was a nurse.
never worried about running low with money in her purse.
anthony had a bestfriend and his name was tommy d.
they were close like a sandwich with salami and cheese.
he came to visit every weekend, kickback and have some beers.
his wife was so happy for him that she cryed and sheded tears.
One night they were having dinner and anthony got a phone call.
it was an officer saying "tommy d. died hitting a phone pole".
Anthony couldn't believe it he ran out the house crying.
his wife came up and said "i'm sorry" he said "no they're lying".
he sat down on the porch and he cried all night.
his wife sat next to him and said "it will be alright".
the next morning was pretty bad, anthony wouldn't talk.
his little daughter asked him " daddy can we please go for a walk".
he said " no no not today i'm feeling kind of sick"
then he went into the other room and decided what shoes hed choose to pick.
he went to the funeral, it was an open casket.
he staired at his body then he staired at the basket.
the basket filled with flowers and also filled with notes.
he dropped a note in the basket then got his familys coats.
when he got home he poured a really big glass of gin.
then he poured another glass and prayed like he done some sins.
the next morning came and anthony didn't even go to work.
his wife was leaving she said goodbye with a smirk.
few weeks later anthony was turning into an alcoholic.
he was so obssesed with liquor you didnt know what to call it.
he yelled more and fought more with everyone
one night he drank 20 shots of about every rum.
he got into an arguement with his wife she said she was leaving.
he locked the door and said "i'm the only guy you will be seeing"
she ran up the stairs started screaming and went in the kids room.
she locked the door and all she could hear was his boom.
anthony was going insane throwing lamps and chairs.
he walked away so dazed that he fell down the stairs.
the wife was crying with the children trying to make them calm.
they heard the front door open they knew that he was gone.
and so on anthony walked right through the mountain forest.
he felt blood on his head and heard voices like a chorus.
anthony felt so dizzy that he passed out near a tree.
he saw a vision of his dead bestfriend tommy d.
tommy said "anthony this aint worth it cause i'm dead
look at you now your drunk and you got blood on your head
forget what i said before about you living your life
cause look at you now your a drunk who beats on his wife
anthony you were and still are the best friend i ever had
and you were a great husband and you were a great dad
but now it's gone cause i can see through that bright light
